WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Business Developer, you’ll identify potential business development opportunities. You’ll collect and understand client needs and to generate appropriate solutions. You’ll also answer potential client questions and respond to client requests for proposals. You’ll need to maintain long-term relationships with clients and address their needs responsively and effectively.
Primarily you will need to:
- Source and develop new clients in EU for Industrial Goods within sectors such as; the automotive industry, Metal and Electrical Industry, Industrial Manufacturing or Mining Industry.
- Plan, organize and implement sales target - meet monthly and yearly KPI; Gross profit and Revenue
- Develop sales and marketing strategies with action plan
- Strong teamwork and coordination
- Own & quick decision making
- Analytical / creative thinking & strong communication
QUALIFCATION
Bachelor's degree; Master's degree is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
3-5 years working experience in business development or a relevant position
Results driven, self-motivated to get stuff done
Knowledge of Industrial Manufacturing
Comfort with travel (30 percent)
