April 16, 2023 - EPG signs extended procurement services agreement with Arc E-commerce AB, a BHG Group company, to help drive sourcing and procurement operations in China. 
 
EPG, a leading provider of procurement services in China to European enterprises, renew contract with Arc E-commerce AB, a Do-It-Yourself, and Home Furnishings e-commerce company, to provide end-to-end procurement outsourcing services, under a long-term agreement.
 
EPG will continue to support Arc E-commerce AB with merchandising and procurement-driven cost savings through sourcing, supplier selections, and contract remediation across multiple categories. EPG is enabling Arc E-commerce encompassing its brands — Lyfco, Metalcraft and Trekkrunner — to realize greater value from its ecosystem of suppliers and partners for its customers and stakeholders.
